Bitrot 1.0 Released

Bitrot is now live on the App Store — a hands-on photo editor for glitch, dither, and lo-fi effects on iPhone and iPad.

What is Bitrot

• A real editor: layers, blend modes, masks, and undo/redo.
• A library of analog and digital effects: Floyd–Steinberg dithering, datamosh, halftone, CRT and VHS artifacts, risograph, halation, scan lines, Game Boy, warp and liquify.
• Film-style grading presets, text in dozens of fonts, and collage tools.
• Everything runs on your device at full resolution — no AI, no cloud, no account, and no upload.

Free forever

The complete editor is free, with no watermark and unlimited exports. An optional Supporter tier adds iCloud sync, an experimental "Lab" of new effects, and a say in what gets built next.
