It may not reflect a formal legal entity name in every jurisdiction. If you need additional publisher details for a legal or compliance request, contact us at info@aux.ltd.
If you have questions about privacy, contact: info@aux.ltd.

2) Scope
This policy applies to information collected through:
- the Drones – Ambient Noise Mixer iOS App; and
- support communications you send to info@aux.ltd.
This policy does not cover:
- Apple’s App Store and Apple’s own data practices (including payment processing); and
- third-party websites or services you access via links in the App.
3) Information We Collect
A) Information Collected Automatically (Analytics + Technical Data)
When you use the App, our analytics provider(s) may automatically collect information such as:
- App usage events (for example: screen views, feature interactions, session duration, in-app actions)
- App performance signals (for example: launch time, responsiveness, stability signals)
- Device and app information (for example: device model, OS version, app version, language/region)
- Network/technical data (for example: IP address, which can be used to infer approximate location at a city/region level)
Even though we do not collect your name or account details, some of the items above (like IP address or device identifiers) may be considered “personal data” under certain privacy laws. We treat this data as pseudonymous analytics data and use it only for app improvement and reliability.
B) Information You Provide (Support)
If you email us for support at info@aux.ltd, you may provide:
- your email address,
- a description of the issue,
- screenshots (if you choose to attach them),
- device details you choose to share.
We use support information only to:
- respond to you,
- troubleshoot and fix issues,
- improve the App based on patterns of reported problems.
C) Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
The App is designed not to request or collect:
- account credentials (there are no accounts),
- your contacts,
- precise GPS location,
- your photo library (unless you choose to attach a screenshot in an email),
- health information.
If you believe the App is collecting more information than described here, please contact info@aux.ltd.
4) Analytics: Firebase / Google Analytics
We use Google Firebase and Google Analytics (for Firebase) to:
- understand how people use the App (in aggregate),
- identify which features are most useful,
- improve performance and reliability.
These services may use:
- app-instance identifiers and similar installation-level identifiers,
- and other technical signals (device/app info, IP address) to produce aggregated metrics and diagnostics.
We do not use analytics for:
- targeted advertising,
- selling data,
- creating user profiles tied to a real-world identity.
5) How We Use Information
We use information for:
- Operating the App (basic functionality)
- Improving and maintaining the App (analytics, debugging, performance)
- Customer support (responding to emails)
- Security (preventing abuse and maintaining integrity)
- Compliance (responding to lawful requests where required)
6) Sharing and Disclosure
We share information only in these situations:
A) Service Providers
We share analytics/technical data with service providers that process data on our behalf, including:
- Google (Firebase / Google Analytics)
B) Legal, Safety, and Rights
We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:
- comply with law, regulation, or legal process,
- protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Aux Ltd, or the public,
- investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues.
7) Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
- Analytics data retention depends on our configuration and Google’s service settings.
- Support emails are retained for a reasonable period to handle requests and maintain a support history, and may be deleted earlier upon request where feasible.
Because there are no accounts, we generally do not maintain long-term user profiles in the App.
8) International Data Processing
Google may process analytics data on servers located outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
9) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system is completely secure. Use of the App is at your own risk.
10) Your Choices and Rights
A) Access / Deletion Requests
Because the App does not use accounts and analytics data is typically pseudonymous and aggregated, we may not be able to identify analytics records connected to a specific individual.
You may still contact info@aux.ltd and we will make reasonable efforts to:
- respond to your request,
- delete support emails and attachments we can locate and control (where feasible).
B) EEA/UK Rights (If Applicable)
If you are located in the EEA/UK, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability. We will respond as required by applicable law.
C) California Rights (If Applicable)
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information.
11) Children’s Privacy
